Team Training

Workouts take place in small groups to promote teamwork, accountability and fun! Sign up as a team or sign up individually to join a group.

Sign up as an individual

When you sign up individually you will be placed with other individuals of a similar age and athletic background.

Sign up as a team

Sign up with your teammates or friends and workout, build strength and have fun as a team.

*Teams are considered to be 6 or more people

Packages start at $29.95 / person / session

*based on a 4 week package of 2 sessions / week 

Spring Sessions run from May 20th – June 20th

Summer Sessions run from July 15th – August 15th
